Well, I have my own hosting account which, which I can stick another php board on... which is a pro board to me, but free for anyone to post on. (I turned off the guest feature, so you have to register for future posts).
I did buy the domain name cowboybebopfront.net just now. |

Not too shabby. Looks like a good place for a party but there's nobody here.
I suggest that you make a thread outlining the history of the Cowboy Bebop Front, make it sticky and then lock it. Also make another the same way laying down the laws of the land and warning would-be trolls that you have the power to ban their asses.
And put some pictures on these empty walls.

I can make it taller. and maybe just a bit wider.
I hate fat avatars. They crowd messages so you have to scroll horizontally. |

AnRe's Avatars are limited to 128x128 pixels and 8kb, and no animated gifs. That's big enought to have something without taking up much screenspace. They also disallow pictures in sigs.

I think this is a great idea. I suppose I could write something, but anyone else is welcome to. This board turns out to be more about the cowboy bebop group at AG more so than Cowboy Bebop itself. |

I think I missed that one.
Anyway, I think pictures in sigs are fun and cute. But I should probably make mine smaller... I never realize how big they are until they're in some other kind of window space.....

Woah! That's HUGE! Trim it down or we will have just what you said you didn't like about big avatars and if you kept the filesize limit at 6kb they'll look real crappy too.
EDIT: Nodes' posted his avatar after I posted the above. I guess thaat's not too wide, but it could have been over five times taller. Thats longer than most posts.

Mines is 180 wide. I think that's about as wide as I can stand it. Tall avatars are okay, since you have to scroll up and down anyway.
I also changed the quality to 100KB. or 98 or whatever this thing says. |
