No, it hasn't. I'm used to not having internet connection, I've lived with that problem for the past two years. However what I'm slightly peeved about is that now that I'm actually paying for internet connection, it hasn't been working. I think they should refund me for every day that the internet isn't working.

I'm going out of town this weekend, and that should give me temporary internet connection for like a day or two.

ISP = Internet Service Provider. Comcast, Wowway, Net Zero, AOL, who ever you pay the bill to for hooking you up to the internet.

I realized what the letters stood for after I had posted. It's covered with the rent which is nice. I'll get it fixed on Monday ... or Tuesday ... or sometime next week ...

I don't know what happened to it though, it just rolled over and died, it was working just fine before.

off hand - the ip/dns/random numbers probably got crossed and they just need to reset the router so that it resyncs....but that's a guess based on nothing but the fact that it seems to be the primary cause of internet connection problems. Blue_PDT_01_11

That's a very good thing, Dread. I'm glad you're alive too. It's also good that you appreciate that fact. I know I sure do, having very nearly died twice in the last nine years. As a matter of fact, I did die for a couple of minutes the first time. Fortunately I was already at the hospital at the time. Every time I think about it I think, "There's nine extra years I've had. I might not have met Dread!" That would have been terrible!
