Yes, It's from Cowboy Bebop Illustrations -The Wind-, a book that was briefly available in the US about five years ago. I paid about $35 for one back then. It never was officially released as a poster as far as I know. You could have it blown up to poster size if you're willing to pay.

Nope. Just the one post. That's all I know of him (her?).
Glad to see you're still kicking, nodes. I really wish you'd contribute more. This place really needs more contributing. (Not that keeping the site policed and up and running isn't contributing. I'm thinking more along the lines of content.)
