I'm trying this muscle milk stuff. Tastes good for a supplement. And the results, I think are working. _________________ nodes aka GTBaka

Man. I wish I started lifting again. But the initial pain of lifting again after not doin' it for a while sucks so bad. And Muscle Milk has way too much protein. So I'm assuming you're a heavy lifter. _________________

Not really. I got strong at the bench, but every other muscle in my body has the strength of a girl.
I'm trying to undo bad habits and train each muscle equally now. The muscle milk results I speak of, is the fat burning part. Trying to get rid of a couple of spare tires. Even after only a week, I think I'm seeing results. Or it could just be a placebo effect. As far as increased strength, or muscle gain, too soon to tell. _________________ nodes aka GTBaka

At least you're strong at the bench. I haven't lifted since high school. And that was like over 2 years ago. I'll probably lift overall like a girl. Muscle deteriorates way too rapidly. I thought Muscle Milk was just a protein supplement that your body could absorb easily. Not a fat burner. I heard Cytogainer from the same company was good if you worked out constantly. I mean... of course you'd have to work out more after takin' that stuff. 47 grams of protein in a serving. Yikes. _________________

Vodka. Bad memories.
Mikes Hard Anything. Baby drinks of any kind are freakin' creepers. Very bad memories.
Jagermeister. I hope you don't drink it straight. If you do. More power to you. That stuff tastes like black licorice. But it's tasty with some Red Bull. El Jagerbomb. Very very bad memories. _________________

32g of protein. Never really thought of having too much protein. I guess if your concerned with keeping fat content down, you can't really have too much lean protein, your body supposedly discards excess anyway. Too much carbs or fat, that, I think you can worry about.
That lactate pain from initial lifting to me is nice. That way you know it's working. It's better pain than say, tearing your acl or spraining something. It's good pain. I'd imagine the same deal from running after not having run for a long time. (me). _________________ nodes aka GTBaka

Yeah but running produces quick results. Lol. My bad. It's Cytogainer that has like 50 grams of protein. Yeah. It's funny. I quit lifting but start running avidly. The only thing that hurts after initially running are your ankles and knees. And then as your strides get longer, the pain in those subside and then pain starts to go up towards your thighs and your a*s. _________________

lol.
Oh my effing ankle. Speaking of which I sprained it yesterday trying to play soccer. Good thing it was a mild one.
But I am getting those thigh pains now from running around. This is the first time I've ran around since my surgery. Ouch. Feels good though. _________________ nodes aka GTBaka
